Gratitude on Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is about remembering American history and genuinely feeling gratitude for what life has offered us. It could be family, friends, a great job or career, your health, your cat, or anything else. The most important thing is first feeling, and then expressing, the gratitude.

I was recently reminded of the importance of loving yourself and feeling immense gratitude for that simple act. One may think giving gratitude for yourself is a selfish act. It is quite the opposite. Every single person is unique, creative, and has so much more to offer than we could ever imagine. We are all here for a specific purpose, to learn a lesson, or give a lesson. We must take time to rejoice in that as a way to help expand our presence.
