Let’s Get Physical

In my past two blogs I talked about getting started on your journey and eat clean, eat simple .  Today we will talk about exercising.  But before we talk about taking the next step it’s very important that you check with your physician before any strenuous exercise.  If you haven’t already set goals then now is the time to do this important step.  I have found the most success by setting my ultimate goal, and then having milestones to reach THEM.  For instance, I decided to really stick to a diet of clean, earth grown foods and drop from 244lbs to 210lbs between December-February.  Then you want to break your weight loss into chunks with a weight loss of about 2lbs per week.  The initial weight loss will come fast but will taper off.  I started June 7th, and as of today I weigh 226.9(a 17.4lb…
